Privacy policy

This explains what Mudita collects through Bullzeye, why, and your choices.

What we collect

Your mobile number (login), and if you choose: name, email, city and state; holdings from a linked broker or an uploaded CAS statement (the PDF and its password are read in memory and never stored); PAN and UPI id for referral payouts (PAN is stored encrypted); linked-exchange API keys (encrypted, trade-only); wallet addresses you add; your use of the product (pages, tools, messages opened) in one event log.

Why

To run the product — research on what you hold, your messages, your plan and referrals; to measure what works; to meet legal and tax obligations; and to prevent abuse.

Messages

We send only the messages described in the product (Monday Picks, Verdict changed, Resolved, Basket update, and a weekly review for invited clients) by WhatsApp, email and browser notifications, never between 10 pm and 8 am. You can switch channels off in Account.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that run the service for us — hosting and database, messaging (AiSensy, email), payments (Razorpay), broker linking (smallcase), research and baskets (Finkhoz), market data vendors, and analytics — and where the law requires. We don't sell your data.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account is active and as long as the law requires afterwards (for example, payment and tax records). You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at support@bullzeye.financial; unlinking a broker, exchange or wallet removes its stored credentials straight away.

Security

Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest; access is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
