Terms of use

Bullzeye (bullzeye.financial) is software operated by Mudita ("we"). By creating an account or using Bullzeye you agree to these terms.

1. What Bullzeye is

Bullzeye shows AI-generated research on Indian stocks — verdicts, a Technical Forecast and a Fundamental Debate — together with the dated record of how past calls turned out. Stock research is published under Finkhoz Roboadvisory Services Pvt Ltd, a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (INH000022297). Orders are placed through your own broker (including Infin), never by us. Nothing on Bullzeye is a promise of returns; markets carry risk and past accuracy does not guarantee future results.

2. Your account

One account per mobile number. You log in with a one-time code sent to your phone. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older and resident in India.

3. Plans, Runs and payments

Free, Pro and Pro+ are described on the Plans page. Prices are shown plus 18% GST. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan continues to the end of the paid period. Runs are the monthly allowance for the two tools on Free; unused Runs do not carry over.

4. Referrals

Referral rewards and commission follow the rules on the Referrals screen. Commission is paid on subscription fees only, never on brokerage or advice, and requires a PAN and a UPI id. Tax is deducted at source where the law requires. We may withhold rewards for duplicate accounts, shared devices or payment details, or other misuse, and may reverse commission on refunded payments.

5. Linked accounts

When you link a broker or exchange, you authorise Bullzeye to read your holdings and to prepare orders you confirm. Exchange keys must be trade-only; we refuse keys that can withdraw funds. On-chain transactions are signed in your own wallet; we never hold your keys or your assets.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, scrape it, resell it, or use it to mislead others. Invite links carry fixed text; don't attach claims about stocks to them.

7. Liability

Bullzeye is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses or for losses caused by brokers, exchanges, wallets or networks outside our control.

8. Changes and contact
